# Getting Started

> What is a Ghost Wallet?

A Ghost Wallet is a temporary, delegated wallet that acts on behalf of your main
wallet for a limited time or scope. It allows auto-signing of approved
transactions, such as swaps, in-game actions, or staking, without asking you to
confirm every step. Think of it as granting a short-term assistant key to your
wallet. You stay the owner; the Ghost Wallet only performs what you explicitly
allow.
